Today’s homeowners look for amenities and convenience, and Thornhill delivers! In addition to being close to everything that’s anything-the neighborhood has a community pool, clubhouse, picnic area, tennis courts, children's playground and walking trails. Residents are extremely connected and enjoy getting together at a number of special events throughout the year including, block parties, swim meets, tennis tournaments, parades, fitness and play groups, plus the Thornhill book club.

A few more selling points are this neighborhood’s affordability and variety. Prices for these homes currently range from the low to mid-200s to the high 300s. Most of Thornhill’s two-story residences have two-car attached garages as well.
